TABLE ETIQUETTE & PROTOCOL
In this course, students learn the various aspects of dining etiquette, including table manners, proper use of utensils, and napkin etiquette. Learn to dine effectively using both American and Continental dining styles.
COMMUNICATION
In this course, students will learn accepted ways of communicating with others in various settings. Learn how to handle a variety of social and business situations: networking events, business meetings, and much more. Learn proper handshake and introduction protocols. Learn skill sets to use social media safely and professionally.
SITTING AND WALKING
In this course, students will learn how to maintain proper posture when walking and sitting. Students will learn how to sit like a lady regardless of their attire.
CHIVALRY (Males)
In this course, male students will learn what chivalry is and how to apply it to everyday situations. Learn how to be mindful of a lady in his presence at all times. Learn techniques such as; how to open doors, how to seat a lady and much more.
BUSINESS ETIQUETTE OR INTERVIEWING SKILLS
In this course, students will learn the importance of these skills and how they are fundamental to building better relationships in the workplace. Learn how to present a professional image both in and out of the workplace. Learn both written and verbal communication. Learn basic interview skills and dress codes.
